Cranbrook, Kimberley, Fernie, and Sparwood, plus the rural properties and acreages in between — this is our core service area, and being based in Wasa means we're rarely more than a short drive from any job here. That matters for site visits, for staying on schedule once a job starts, and for being available if something needs a second look after installation.

What the ground looks like around here

Soil conditions in this area vary a lot, and not always in ways you'd guess from one property to the next — two lots on the same road can perc completely differently. We don't assume anything about what a property will need based on its general location. Every site gets its own test pits and perc testing, and the design follows what that testing actually shows. The only way to know what a lot needs is to test it.

• Conventional gravity and pressure distribution fields on properties with workable soil and space
• Replacement systems for aging properties throughout Cranbrook and Kimberley's older acreages
• Real estate assessments for rural sales throughout the area — a steady part of the work given how much of the local market is acreage and rural residential

Fernie & Sparwood

We regularly work out to Fernie and Sparwood as well — similar terrain considerations, generally a bit more elevation and snowpack to plan installation timing around, but well within normal service range from Wasa.
